Connecting Link

Constructed form high-grade stainless steel, this connecting link is a powerful inclusion in your application. Drop-forged and stamped, the connecting link features two symmetrical stainless-steel halves. A stainless-steel coil spring (mat. 1.4462) with a synthetic leeve is used to lock the suspension bolt. The bolt and the shell can be purchased as spare parts.

The connecting link can be used in selective water, waste water, food and chemical applications, since it is resistant to sea water.

Uses of the Connecting Link

The connecting link can be used in straight pulling applications only. The connecting link can be divided and used to assemble chain slings, master links, master link assemblies, shortenings, shackles and other such accessories. One must avoid simultaneous application of loads by two or more legs. It is advisable to get the bolt and shell replaced by a professional once the universally usable connecting link has been assembled and disassembled three times.
